A new food processing factory including a 4,000 m² factory/warehouse and a 1,500 m² office block on a new industrial estate in Guangzhou, China.  Jackson Lane Pty Ltd was engaged as a sub consultant to Fluor Daniel in Australia to complete concept and develop preliminary design work in conjunction with the client’s project team.  The design was completed on a fast track basis with ground works and piling being carried out on site in parallel with detail design completion.  The selection of materials and construction methods was influenced by local availability and practice.
