Jackson Lane Pty Ltd was appointed as prime consultant by Voracom International, a Thai company, to design a new avionics repair facility in Bangkok to be operated by Rockwell International.  The building includes a ground floor electronics workshop and sterile gyro maintenance laboratory together with a parts warehouse and finished goods loading area.  Administration, training and staff facilities are located on the upper level.  The building is designed as a high quality, repair centre and is intended to project a high technology image in a rapidly expanding market for avionics systems in the South East Asian region.  Careful attention has been given to the selection of materials and HVAC systems which are suited to the local environment.
